TMA operates in various areas of Public Law with extensive experience, gained through continuous specific training and updates, as well as their involvement in numerous processes and projects. This includes administrative contracting procedures, licensing, and planning, including support for decisions made by the Public Administration.

TMA represents and collaborates with public entities such as government bodies, municipalities, and state-owned companies, as well as private individuals and legal entities with significant positions in areas including public procurement, public works, construction and real estate development, tourism projects, commercial ventures, healthcare establishments, urban planning and architecture, natural resource exploitation, fuel distribution, and real estate investment funds.

In General Administrative Law, TMA provides services in various domains, including but not limited to:

  • Public procurement, especially in the areas of public works contracts, acquisition of movable goods and services. This involves advising public contracting entities on administrative procedure organization, preparation of tender documents, directing administrative proceedings, and decision support. It also involves supporting competing companies and awardees in proposal organization, procedure monitoring, negotiations, as well as contract execution oversight and legal representation in disputes.
  • Extra-contractual civil liability of public law entities.
  • Expropriation and establishment of easements, both in the pre-contentious and contentious phases.
  • Public domain – concessions for exploitation and licensing of private use, especially in the fields of water and mineral resources (geological resources).
  • Public service.
